Individual therapy is a one on one form of psychotherapy that provides a confidential space for a person to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It focuses on increasing self awareness, building coping skills, and addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Through a collaborative relationship with the therapist, individuals work toward personal growth, healing, and meaningful change.

Couples and family therapy is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on improving relationships and communication among partners and family members. Rather than treating individuals in isolation, it views the couple or family as an interconnected system, helping members understand patterns of interaction, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds. This approach supports healthier dynamics, clearer boundaries, and more effective problem solving within the family unit.

Brainspotting uses specific eye positions to access unprocessed trauma in the subcortical brain. By locating and stimulating these “brainspots,” therapists help clients focus, process, and release emotional and bodily distress, while also strengthening natural resources and resilience. It’s a brain-based tool that supports the therapy relationship, harnesses the body’s self-scanning/self-healing abilities, and can be integrated into many therapeutic approaches—as well as used for performance and creativity enhancement.
